Hello to Each of You,

We can begin our new year with the utmost joy and freedom! It takes setting the intention of wellness and then all our actions and thoughts are in alignment with supporting that intention.

Know that we live in a universe where EVERYTHING is possible!

All you have to do is choose and allow the universe to line up to support you. You can get back to your inner joy and realize it is not dependent upon another person in your life or even the outward appearance of your life. Your joy is an inside job and it is always there for you. Come breath and reconnect with your inner joy and then let it radiate throughout your days.
Look for the new Bellissima magazine for January already out and my article this month is on the amazing effects of EFT. This issue is filled with information on health and well being to aid us all.

I will be speaking at Second Saturday Program at Mira Costa in February and in March. If you know anyone who is going through this challenging transition please let them know if this educational class for women (men do attend as well) going through divorce. I will be speaking on the healing process after divorce and Re-creating Families in a peaceful, positive way.
Lets begin our new year together with absolute peace and health. We can raise the level of light on this plane by working together to remember and let go of the past! Come join me in breath to powerfully create this new year!
