Quote of the Week

“Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, some day far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”

Rainer Maria Rilke

Happy Thanksgiving!

November 29,2007

Hello to Each One of You,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving feeling the depth of love that is there for each one of us!

Thank you for supporting the Second Saturday Program with friends and family going through the challenging transition of divorce. I will be presenting again in February and March of the new year in '08.

Bellissima Magazine will be out with their new issue in January of '08 with a new edition full of information on health and well being for San Diegans! My article will be on EFT and its benefits and how we can apply it to every day life for emotional freedom and well being.

Many people are going through emotionally challenging times right now with relationships, health issues and abundance issues. There are answers for us all in how to deal with challenging situations and remain centered and balanced. It begins with time for the self to be connected and not get caught up in the drama that can surround us. Keep in mind that every being is creating life experience that they need to endeavor in some way to allow them to grow. Often we get caught up in other's journeys and don't realize we are then experiencing negative emotions and it isn't even our life.

Sometimes our life experiences are painful and yet the pain can wake us up and help us to make necessary changes in our lives to be well and to let go of that which causes the pain. Life can be a process in learning to let go. When we release our hold on situations or people we can feel the freedom this offers. Often it is the holding on and our attachments that is really causing the pain.
Breath Work can help to release negative emotions and create healing in mind, body and soul. Allow yourself to remain centered and peaceful through the holidays and give yourself the gift of breath!

Sending you all love and light,
Karen
